About Spiritual Direction / Companioning

This practice of spiritual direction or companioning is supported by  Trinity-St. Andrew's United Church in Brighton, Ontario,

where Rev. Wanda Stride serves as minister.

But you do not have to be Christian to benefit from these sessions. Wanda is a wife, mother of two adult children,

minister and singer-songwriter.

From Wanda:

"I believe that every time one person is healed spiritually, we are one step closer to creating shalom, world peace, justice... heaven on earth.  This work may be about you and your choices, your inner journey,  but ultimately a healed you is empowered to go into the world and be a positive, loving presence for others.

This work is supported by the church I serve as a minister.

I wish everyone on Earth would have an opportunity to be heard, really heard.

We all have a story to tell, and I want to hear yours.

I want to be a part of your discovering the depth and meaning of your life story.

Are you ready to begin? Then I want to make sure money is not a barrier for you.

We offer this service as a non-tax-receiptable donation to the church on a sliding scale.

You can decide between $30 and $120 for a one hour session.

If that is simply not possible, in some circumstances we can waive the fee.
